Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Elder Dragon Archives ("EDA," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to these Terms of Use. These terms apply to the EDA mobile app, the companion website, and related services we make available.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use EDA.

Eligibility and Accounts

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of EDA is lawful where you live. If you create an account, you are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for maintaining the security of your account credentials, and for activity that occurs under your account.

• Do not share access credentials or impersonate another person.
• Use an email address you control if you register for an account.
• You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless prohibited by applicable law.

Permitted Use

EDA is intended for personal gameplay tracking, archive management, and related community or hobby use.

• Do not use EDA to violate law, infringe intellectual property rights, or interfere with the service.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
• Do not upload or submit malicious code, automated abuse traffic, or content intended to disrupt the experience of other users.
• Do not use EDA to harvest personal information from other users without authorization.

Your Content and Archive Data

You retain responsibility for the information you enter into EDA, including game logs, deck details, notes, usernames, captions, and memory photos. You represent that you have the rights needed to upload or store content you add to the service.

You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, back up, and display that content solely for operating, securing, and improving EDA and for responding to support or legal requests.

Service Availability and Changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue part of EDA at any time. Features may change, and some functionality may depend on third-party infrastructure, device capabilities, or internet connectivity. We are not responsible for losses caused by your failure to maintain your own backups of important information.

Third-Party Services and Intellectual Property

EDA may rely on third-party infrastructure and content, including authentication, hosting, database services, and card data or imagery. Your use of those third-party materials may also be subject to the terms and policies of the relevant providers.

EDA is unofficial fan content and is not approved by, endorsed by, or affiliated with Wizards of the Coast. Magic: The Gathering names, card data, and related intellectual property belong to Wizards of the Coast and its licensors.

Disclaimer of Warranties

EDA is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for every purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EDA and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, goodwill, data, or use arising from or related to your use of the app, website, or related services.

Where a limitation of liability is not permitted by applicable law, the limitation applies only to the maximum extent allowed.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to EDA if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms, created security or legal risk, or misused the service. You may stop using EDA at any time.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date on this page and may provide additional notice where appropriate.
