This page is the public support and deletion-request resource for Elder Dragon Archives (EDA). Use it for bug reports, privacy requests, and account deletion requests.

We aim to respond within 5 business days. To help us resolve issues faster, include your device type, operating system version, app version, and a short description of what happened.

Privacy and Data Requests

Email support@elderdragonarchives.com for privacy questions, data access requests, and account or cloud-data deletion requests.

If your request relates to a signed-in EDA account, send it from the email address associated with that account or include that address in your message so we can verify ownership.

Account Deletion Requests

This page is the web resource for requesting deletion of an EDA account and associated cloud-backed data.

If You Use an EDA Account

  1. Email support@elderdragonarchives.com with the subject line `Account Deletion Request`.
  2. Include the email address associated with your EDA account.
  3. Tell us whether you want account deletion only or account deletion plus associated cloud-backed archive data deletion.
  4. If needed, we may ask for additional verification before processing the request.

If You Use Guest Mode Only

Guest-mode archive data is stored locally on your device. If you never created or used an EDA account, deleting the app or clearing local app storage on your device is generally the way to remove that local-only data.

If you are not sure whether data was ever synced to an account, email support@elderdragonarchives.com and include any account email addresses you may have used with EDA.

What to Include in a Request

  • Your EDA account email address, if you have one.
  • Your request type: support, privacy question, data access, or deletion.
  • Any relevant device details and app version for support issues.
  • A short explanation of the request so we can route it correctly.

Processing Notes

  • We may retain limited records where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or dispute resolution.
  • Deleting the app from your device does not automatically delete synced cloud-backed data associated with an EDA account.
